Sacramental Preparation - Confirmation
7th Grade Confirmation Preparation: Year One
St. Thomas the Apostle, along with the Archdiocese of Hartford , requires regular and active participation in a religious education program for a minimum of two consecutive years for sacramental preparation registration prior to receiving a sacrament. Therefore, the preparation for Confirmation begins in the 7th grade.

8th Grade Confirmation Preparation: Year Two
Year two and the final preparation for the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation is
completed only after year one has been satisfactorily completed.
