Homebound Visits

If you or someone you know is unable to come to church due to physical disability, age, or illness, please contact our Pastoral Care Coordinator and she will arrange for a parish visitor and or Extraordinary Minister of Communion to visit. Contact Maryjane at (203) 888-2382 ext. 104 or by email.

New Life Program

If you are recently divorced or separated you may need to give yourself some time to work through your loss and pain. "New Life" is an 8 week program designed for persons in the early stages of divorce or separation. The program consists of one meeting, for a total of 8 weeks plus exercises to be practiced between sessions.  To register for an upcoming session or for more information regarding this program, contact Maryjane at (203) 888-2382 ext. 104 or by email.


Prayer Shawl Ministry     

We meet the last week of the month on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am - 12 noon and Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm.  Both meetings are in the lower parish center.  We also have a group that works on shawls from home.  Our prayer shawls are given to the sick and bereaved in our parish family.  If you know of someone in need of a prayer shawl, or if you would like more information on joining this ministry, please contact Maryjane at 203-888-2382 ext 104 or by email.   



Prayer Network

The prayer network is a group of parishioners who pray for those who are ill in mind, body, or spirit and request prayers from our prayer chain. If you would like to join the prayer network or if you have a prayer request, please contact Maryjane at her email address.



This group ministry is open to the public for anyone who has lost a loved one. The goal of the group is to help others through the bereavement process. There are facilitator-led discussion groups which are held monthly. Other support group opportunities include the Good Grief one-day seminar and the New day program which is a 10 week program. All programs provide support to those who a grieving the loss of a loved one. 


 Funeral Information

Our Pastoral Care Coordinator, Maryjane Calladio, meets with the family of the deceased to help them plan the service to remember their loved one. Maryjane can be reached at 203-888-2382 x104 or email.


Bake and deliver for the bereaved

This group of parishioners, bakes and delivers a baked item to a recently bereaved member of our parish family.  If you would like to join this ministry, please contact Maryjane at 203-888-2382 ext 104 or email.


Cookie Angels

This ministry prepares and delivers cookie trays at Easter and Christmas to the sick, elderly and recently bereaved of the parish.  It is co-facilitated by Sandy Lenahan and Andrea Molett.  If you would like more information on joining this ministry, please contact Maryjane at 203-888-2382 ext 104 or email.
